Are Funko Pops worth money?

Most Funko Pop figures were made in huge numbers; exclusives, chase variants and retired figures stand out. Common figures without the box usually sell for a few dollars.

What to look for

Check what applies to yours:

• A sticker on the box marking a store or convention exclusive, or a chase variant.
• Figures that Funko has retired, often called vaulted.
• The box in clean condition, without creases or tears: collectors often keep them boxed.

Before you sell

• Compare with items that actually sold, not only with asking prices.
• Take clear photos in daylight: front, back, marks and any damage.
• Do not clean coins, and do not repaint or polish old items: it often lowers the value.
• For anything that might be valuable, get an opinion from a certified appraiser or a specialist dealer.
